Gravity Girls SA is a welcoming, not-for-profit club committed to creating a safe, supportive and fun community for girls who love to mountain bike. We organise club rides, shuttle days, weekenders, events and collaborate on a women focused multi- disciplinary race series.
Here are some of the upcoming events we have planned.
MountainFilm On Tour
Mountainfilm on Tour is coming to Adelaide, and Gravity Girls SA are heading along!
This inspiring film tour brings a collection of powerful short documentaries about adventure, the environment and the human spirit to the big screen. While the films cover a range of outdoor pursuits, there’s one we’re particularly excited about…
The First Woman Ever to Drop at Red Bull Rampage – following freeride mountain biker Robin Goomes as she prepares to compete in one of the most demanding MTB events in the world.
Expect breathtaking expeditions, powerful personal stories, and plenty of adventure inspiration.
If there’s enough interest, we’ll organise drinks beforehand somewhere nearby – let us know in the discussion if you’re keen to join!

Coached Race Recon | DownDuro
We have partnered with Head for the Hills to offer a special coached ‘Race Recon’ Ride to help our members prepare for the upcoming DownDuro event. The session will focus on building confidence on technical trails and helping riders understand and navigate some of the trickier sections of Fox Creek.
Race 3 | Downduro | Club Collab Series
Our third event for our club collab series is a Downdurorace, partnering with Inside Line MTB club and Gravity Enduro SA, in a massive three-club collab!

Join Gravity Girls SA for our first shuttle day of 2026 at Fox Creek Bike Park! This all-levels members ride is all about fun, flow and more downhill laps 🚐🚲. With trails for every ability and a Blue Groove reccy group for our upcoming DH race, it’s the perfect chance to ride, learn and hang out with a great bunch of ladies!

GG Club Collab Race Series Launch/ Info session
Come along to learn more about our exciting new Club Collab Race Series for 2026! Meet the other clubs, participate in a Q and A session and hang out with other GGs.
Christmas Ride | Pioneer Women’s | Mt Osmond
Our final ride for the year and Christmas celebration, with options for a loop up Chambers Gully or a cruisy ride up Pioneer Women’s trail followed by drinks and nibbles at Mt Osmond, taking in the spectacular views on sunset.
November Shuttle Day + AGM - Fox Creek Bike Park | All Levels
For our 2nd Birthday this year, we are running a big shuttle day at Fox Creek Bike Park! We will also have our gear swap table out, and will hold our AGM. Shuttles will be self-guided, so bring a friend and ride together!
GGSA Reccy for GESA Kersbrook Race
Gravity Girls SA - reccy of the trails at Kersbrook MTB Park for the final Gravity Enduro SA race of the year | Level 2 to 3 ride
Join our ride leaders and Gravity Enduro SA President Cain Branston for a look at the trails at Kersbrook MTB Park ahead of the final Gravity Enduro SA Race of the year, which is to be held on Sunday October 19th.
Have a look at the tracks that are likely to be included in the race and we will run you through what typically happens on a Gravity Enduro SA race day. Don't worry at all if you aren't committed to entering the race - it will be a casual and fun look at the trails and an opportunity to find out more about Gravity Enduro racing.

📍 Location: Kersbrook MTB Park
Meeting Point: At the main car park off Mount Gawler Road.
NOTE: This ride is FREE for Gravity Girls Members. We'd love you to sign up and join our club to join us on this ride! For more info on how to join see HERE
This will be a Level 2 to 3 ride, with mostly blue and black trails and moderate to strong fitness required. There will be some pedal-ups required, with shuttles not provided.

✔️ A well-maintained bike and any tools/spares you might need

✔️ Weather-appropriate gear (sunscreen, rain jacket, etc.)
Our guides will have some tools, but they’re not responsible for bike repairs. Be prepared to fix your ride if needed!

Gravity Girls SA x Will Ride: E-Bike Group Ride
We’re teaming up with Will Ride for another e-bike adventure!
We are yet to finalise the location and loop, but the plan is for this one to include the Sturt Gorge Loop. We will update the event with distances etc shortly - but we will aim for another 40/45km loop.
Member Ride – Pewsey Vale MTB Trails | Level 2 & 3
We’re heading north(ish)! Pewsey Vale is tucked away in the beautiful Southern Barossa region, about an hour from the Adelaide CBD. It's one of SA's lesser-known gems, with a network of natural trails, rocky features, and a remote vibe that makes it feel like a bit of an adventure!

This one is for all of our Northern Suburbs girlies! The trails at Cobbler Creek don't nearly get the recognition that they deserve! This is a great oppertunity (especially if you don't live near by) to be guided around the park by a couple of local Gravity Girls (thanks Merridy and Jakarra!).

Kersbrook Bike Park is a super fun trail network with short but punchy runs! There are lots of jumps and 'bike park' features to play on with great progression.
